Written to express the turmoil of circumstance and timing when it comes to connecting with prospective loves, and the hope that simmers in the mix of it all. Sometimes, perhaps most of the time, the connections we make in life are fated… even if growing older you find yourself becoming more and more content without being in a relationship… we are open but not looking, and certainly not willing to do drastic things to get it… some relationships are not meant to be… that seems to be the cold hard truth of it all… but again, Ryan does a very nice job of keeping the hope alive but once again bringing the truth and beauty into his songs...
